#157 - 23 Cabin Family Style Resort For Sale Nestled Adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park

Valhalla Resort is a family style hospitality property for sale located in Estes Park, Colorado. Just 1.5 hours from Denver and its airport, and less than one hour from Fort Collins, Valhalla hosts many families that return here year after year.

The resort, situated on 13 acres of treed terrain, consists of a collection of 23 cabins, an activity center and pool, and 2 separate, spacious owner's quarters. Additionally, there are two cabins that are rented out by the resort under a revenue sharing arrangement with the owners. There is a total of approximately 28,000 square feet of buildings. The property has been well maintained, and is fully staffed.

There are a total of seven units with king beds, six units with either jacuzzi or hot tub, and all units are appointed with fireplaces.

Although particularly busy during the summer months, and with occupancy rates that approach 90% during the summer, the resort does operate year round. While many of the smaller hospitality properties in the area are closed down, Valhalla maintains it's off-season occupancy by offering attractive winter rates.
